Community Law Reform Program
The Community Law Reform Program was set up in 1982. Under the Program, members of the community were invited to suggest areas where they believe law reform was needed.
The Community Law Reform Program looked at a wide variety of matters including insurance law, conscientious objection to jury service, wills, liability for injuries caused by dogs, dividing fences, and neighbour-and-neighbour disputes caused by noise, trees and rights of way.
