How to make a submission to the guardianship review

Law reform is a process that requires a broad range of
voices. The below steps describe how to make a submission to the guardianship review.

Step 1 - Read the materials

Read the Terms of Reference, our Question Papers or watch our videos on the guardianship review to help guide your submission.

Step 2 - Think about what to say

No submission is too long or too short. We want to hear your ideas, thoughts, stories, and experiences with the law under review.

Step 3 - Choose how to contribute

There are many ways to contribute. You can write something down, you can give us a call, or you may wish to take our
easy to answer survey.

Step 4 - Send us your submission

Email or post us your submission by the due date. Or you can phone us to tell us your ideas. Our details can be found on the contact us page.
