Statutory provisions on dispute resolution

The Attorney General referred to the Law Reform Commission an inquiry aimed at improving legislative provisions dealing with alternative dispute resolution on 1 March 2013.

We transmitted our report to the Attorney General on 25 June 2018.

Report 146 was tabled in Parliament on 16 August 2018.
